Taoglas Magnetics Portfolio

The Taoglas Magnetics series of products are designed to provide device OEMs with a one-stop shop to cost-effectively build their Network solutions. Our RJ45 Integrated Connectors, LAN Transformers, and BMS Transformers are compatible with all major PHY vendors with industry standard footprint and pin layout.  Taoglas Magnetics go through high-volume automated productions that allow superior reliability and cost competitiveness.

Taoglas Magnetics are suitable for a wide range of applications including:

ATMOS Series

Taoglas ATMOS Series is an extensive product line of RJ45 Integrated Connectors with magnetics designed for special commercial and industrial grade applications. Supporting 10/100BASE-T and 1GBASE-T data transmission rates, the ATMOS Series are products that perform in most demanding network requirements and bandwidth. These surface mount or through-hole mount components provide reliable isolation and better EMI performance, meeting IEEE 802.3 standards. The RJ45 ICMs are optional for PoE and PoE++ applications with operating temperature class from 0°C to 70°C and -40°C to 85°C.

EXOS Series

Taoglas EXOS Series is a high-quality portfolio of discrete LAN magnetic transformers offering reliable circuit isolation with improved EMI performance in ethernet networks. The EXOS Series offers a wide variety of package options including Single, Dual and Quad Ports which are designed to meet commercial and extended temperature ranges. PoE and PoE+ options are also available. All LAN transformers are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed IEEE 802.3 standards.

STRATOS Series

Taoglas STRATOS Series offers a new line of BMS transformers with common mode chokes for energy storage systems that require serial port safety isolation and EMI noise suppression. These transformers are designed for battery systems with large voltage differences that demand component-to-component isolation. The primary usage is for battery point to point and daisy chained connections. Taoglas BMS Transformers portfolio is intended to perform on electric powered cars such as EVs, HEVs, and PHEVs. All the part numbers meet AEC-Q200 requirements for automotive applications. The STRATOS series are designed to support working voltages options covering 1000Vdc – 1600Vdc.

MESOS Series

The Taoglas MESOS Series offers 2 Line Common Mode Chokes (CMCs) are designed to reduce and refine common mode noise, making them ideal for automotive applications requiring data rates from 10, 100, and 1000Mpbs. Typically placed between the transceiver and the cable interface, these CMCs meet the requirements of IEC, IEEE and AEC-Q200. Rated for 60V and operating currents of 100mA and 350mA, they operate effectively from -40°C to 125°C. In addition, the MESOS Series for Power Over Dataline (PoDL) expands Taoglas' magnetics portfolio, offering superior noise suppression, competitive pricing, and faster lead times, ensuring high-quality manufacturing and reliable supply chains.
